About

The legal profession is my second career. I used to work as a post-secondary English instructor and taught high school, too. After my family and I went through legal difficulties as beneficiaries to an ancestor’s trust with other more distant family members, I decided that I wanted to help others avoid similar outcomes by working legally in this area with them. I was admitted to the bar in June of 2012. Since then, I have practiced in the areas of Estate Planning, Contract Drafting, Business Formation and Registration, and some causes of action in Tort Law, mostly as a solo practitioner. Estate Planning is the area of law I focus most on by setting up trusts for individuals, couples, and organizations; drafting wills and related codicils; and working with each client to set up the most monetarily beneficial form of estate for their loved ones, heirs and beneficiaries. I offer informed, reasonably priced legal services and prompt, detailed work product to my clients.
